We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex commercial construction projects throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. This position will oversee multiple projects and project teams while serving as a key liaison between ownership, design teams, field operations, and executive leadership.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
- Manage project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource planning.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and major procurement packages.
- Monitor project performance and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with Superintendents to drive schedule adherence and field execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing strategic solutions.
- Lead client meetings and provide executive-level project updates.
- Mentor and develop junior project management staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures.
- Support business development efforts and maintain key client relationships.
Profile
A successful Building and Construction Senior Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
- Proven success delivering projects valued at $20M+.
- Strong background in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
- Experience managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and project delivery systems.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive project success.
- PMP, CCM, LEED, or similar industry certifications are a plus.
