•          Attend VALB Clinical Planning Meetings and write formal reports of findings on VALB priorities over the next 15 years

•          Review the VALB Master Plan; identify document areas and priorities that may have changed based on the Current State of Hospital Report

•          Participate in scoping sessions to determine changes; summarize recommended projects and large-space moves over the next 15 years

•          Present recommended changes to the VALB Master Plan to leadership; assess scope and impact of Deep Dives and lead working groups to help PMs develop Deep Dive plans

•          Identify Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and availability; provide monthly progress updates with formal written and verbal documentation of work completed

•          Produce visualization products and briefs for VALB Executive Leadership, VISN (Veterans Integrated Service Network), national VA leadership, NGOs, and political leadership

•          Integrate with VALB Public Affairs to develop short- and long-term communications strategy; review assessments and recommendations for compliance with federal regulations and standards

•          Must be authorized to work in the United States
