Immediate need for a Senior Project Manager for a position in the Banking & Financial Industry. This is 05+ month’s contract opportunity with long-term potential located in Plano, TX. Please review the job description below: Job ID: 8-17994 Key Responsibilities and Technology Experience: 8+ years of Project Management experience Extensive experience as a Scrum Master and capable of leading Agile teams Effective management skills in setting direction, building effective teams and driving them to meet objectives Strong development technology background desirable (requirements, architecture, development, application management, maintenance, operations) Expert with MS Excel, Project, and PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interface with people at all levels of the organization; technical and business sponsors to foster a collaborative environment. Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and flexibility skills in a team-oriented environment Financial management skills, such as budgeting, forecasting and capitalization Vendor/Contract Management experience: Managing multiple vendors and internal resources across work streams simultaneously Formal PM training Large IT implementation experience Experience leading a project within a complex program structure and collaborating with the program manager & other project managers on the programe.
