• Degree copy, PMP cert and reference is required for submission.

• A minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying Project Management (PM) principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one (1) or more large or complex IT projects. Eleven (11) years if substituting bachelor’s degree for additional qualifying experience.
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree and a copy attached unless
• substituting with experience. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• Possession of a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which will be verified during the RFO process.

• Four (4) or more years of experience managing software development and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration by leveraging an Agile or Hybrid (Waterfall-Agile) approach, for state government Information Technology (IT) projects.
• Three (3) or more years of experience managing software development and/or SaaS configuration, by leveraging an Agile or Hybrid (Waterfall-Agile) approach in a lead capacity for state government IT projects.
• Three (3) or more years of experience managing State government IT projects of at least medium size, scope, and complexity – i.e. projects with budgets of $5 Million or more, one (1) or more years of duration, and where the system had three hundred (300) or more users.
• Possession of one (1) or more industry-recognized Agile certifications, such as PMI-ACP and/or equivalent (excluding PMP).
• Six (6) or more years of experience using project management and software release tools, such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.
