Senior Project Manager, PMP with Public Sector Courts Data Integration Projects (Ref: 5852).
Part-Time Project Manager – Data Integration Project.
Location: Cincinnati, OH area — candidates should reside within approximately 100 miles, including Dayton or Columbus.
Schedule:Part-Time Remote with an occasional on-site visit.
Estrada Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Part-Time Project Manager to support a public-sector data integration and systems modernization project. The PM will coordinate project activities involving integration architecture, APIs, data exchanges, legacy systems, security/compliance, testing, documentation, and implementation.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT project management experience.
- Experience managing public-sector technology projects preferred.
- PMP Certified from PMI.
- Data integration, systems integration, API, middleware, or data modernization project experience strongly preferred.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Strong experience managing project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and status reporting.
- Experience supporting requirements, design, development/configuration, testing, implementation, and production transition.
- Excellent communication, organization, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project coordination, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate integration, technical, business, vendor, and agency stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings and track decisions and action items.
- Monitor deliverables, testing, implementation readiness, and project status.
- Support executive/status reporting and project documentation.
- Help coordinate phased migration and implementation activities.
