The Senior Project Manager/Project Executive - LIHTC Affordable Housing will lead the development and execution of projects within the affordable housing sector, focusing on LIHTC and Section 8 initiatives. Description
- Oversee the full lifecycle of LIHTC and affordable housing projects, from pre-construction to final delivery.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and cost-effective completion.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project goals with client needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including LIHTC and Section 8 guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring smooth transitions during tenant-in-place preservation projects.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
- Lead and mentor project teams to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Identify and implement innovative practices to optimize project efficiency and quality.
