Manage and mentor office staff, including project management, field, and administrative personnel. Drive office profitability, backlog growth, and long-term market expansion initiatives. Oversee multiple projects with a primary focus on data center construction opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and industry partners. Collaborate directly with executive leadership to establish growth strategies and operational goals. Recruit, hire, and develop additional team members as the office expands. Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably. Provide leadership across estimating, project execution, scheduling, and resource planning. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and driving project success. Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. Experience building client relationships and supporting business development efforts. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
