We are seeking a Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to lead and grow a high-potential Richmond office focused primarily on data center projects. This individual will oversee operations, develop talent, drive profitability, and play a critical role in shaping the future of the business in the region.

Description
- Lead daily operations of the Richmond office and provide overall project and business leadership.
- Manage and mentor office staff, including project management, field, and administrative personnel.
- Drive office profitability, backlog growth, and long-term market expansion initiatives.
- Oversee multiple projects with a primary focus on data center construction opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and industry partners.
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership to establish growth strategies and operational goals.
- Recruit, hire, and develop additional team members as the office expands.
- Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
- Provide leadership across estimating, project execution, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Serve as the key representative for the Richmond market and help establish the office as a major profit center.
Profile
- Experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or similar construction leadership position.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and driving project success.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience building client relationships and supporting business development efforts.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated work ethic, accountability, and proactive approach to leadership.
