Job Description
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of project strategies.
- Monitor project progress and address any risks or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Manage procurement and allocation of resources.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager/Px Route should have:
- 10+ years of commercial construction management experience
- Experience delivering public, civic, education, healthcare, or commercial projects
- Proven leadership ability with experience mentoring project teams
- Established network within the Charlotte construction market preferred
- Strong communication, business development, and operational management skills
