Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a highly experienced construction leader who can balance project execution with team development, operational improvements, and leadership responsibilities.
Manage national retail and commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Mentor and develop Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency. Establish project governance, accountability, and best practices. Support field teams in resolving complex construction challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and industry partners. Collaborate with leadership to support business growth initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
