A leadership opportunity exists with Stantec for a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join the Transportation group in Lake Mary, Orlando, Coral Gables, Miami, and Jacksonville, Florida. This role will provide supervision and guidance to a group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals for accuracy and completeness; and maintaining schedules. #2158Florida

Your Key Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships that allow us to have a positive impact on the communities we serve and grow our people through work on exciting and challenging projects.
• Develop value-added solutions to clients needs and lead the successful pursuit of contracts for engineering and consulting services.
• Increase the companys profile within the transportation industry through participation with appropriate business and professional organizations.
• Perform strategic planning and plan execution for both operations and business development.
• Planning, organizing, and supervising the work of other transportation professionals.
• Effectively negotiate, plan, monitor, and deliver quality projects and consulting services.
• Reviewing engineered designs and plans for conformance with applicable state, regional, and local agency standards.
