Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience, ideally with: data centers
- Mission-critical or industrial process projects
- Experience managing MEP scopes valued at $50MM+.
- Experience implementing large, complex safety plans.
- PMP certification preferred.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and Word.
- Proven ability to lead large MEP teams and coordinate complex system installations.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience with cost reporting, cash flow, schedule management, and VDC integration.
- Deep understanding of data center MEP systems and commissioning processes.
- Familiarity with SDI, OCIP, CCIP, builder’s risk, and other insurance programs.
