We're seeking an experienced Project Manager / Owner's Representative to lead construction projects from planning through completion while serving as the primary point of contact on site. What You'll Do

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are met and issues are resolved efficiently
• Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project goals
• Develop and manage project budgets, track financial performance, and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
• Provide clear, regular project updates to stakeholders and internal leadership
• Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain organization and transparency

What We're Looking For

Core Skills & Experience

• Construction and project management expertise
• Design and construction administration experience
• Owner's Representative or client‑facing project leadership experience
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 5-10 years of project management experience in construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with both new construction and renovation projects
• Familiarity with Procore
• Experience managing K‑12 projects is a strong plus

Work Environment

• Majority of time spent on site, working directly from a jobsite trailer
• Some office time at our location 10 minutes from the job site in Saratoga Springs, NY
• Stable, long‑term projects with a company known for quality and professionalism

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
