The Senior Project Manager selected for this opportunity will gain key public sector experience in SCADA migration and control systems project delivery for critical water infrastructure that can effectively position you to pursue and obtain key, sought-after public sector jobs. We are looking for an Engineer that has 10+ years of experience to work hybrid (on-site and remote) and part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) in the Chino area.

- RP-1 SCADA Migration Project
As a Senior Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the construction-phase delivery of a major SCADA migration and control systems modernization project within an operating water and wastewater treatment facility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Agency staff, contractors, consultants, and system integrators.
- Coordinate controls integration activities involving PLCs, HMIs, industrial Ethernet networks, and SCADA infrastructure.
- Facilitate technical discussions and resolve construction, operational, and system integration issues to support project success.
- Review RFIs, submittals, change requests, and technical documentation for compliance with project requirements and Agency standards.
- Coordinate startup, commissioning, phased cutovers, and operational transition activities while maintaining continuity of plant operations.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and contractor performance to support timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks associated with control systems, operational impacts, and construction activities.
- Conduct field inspections and coordinate testing, commissioning, and final acceptance activities.
- Prepare project updates, technical reports, and stakeholder communications throughout project delivery.
