The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Senior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Acts as single POC to Contracting Officer & COR
Leads enterprise-wide project delivery and execution
Develops and advises strategic roadmaps
Manages integrated SME teams
Oversees multi-project resource allocation and schedules
Supports requirements development & management
Drives operations & maintenance (O&M) for campus complexes
Required Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience managing and delivering enterprise-wide federal government programs.
Demonstrated experience supporting campus operations and maintenance programs.
