Description

This Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading technical projects throughout the product development lifecycle
• Coordinating requirement reviews, PDRs, CDRs, DDRs, and validation readiness reviews
• Managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using Planview and project management tools
• Driving cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams
• Monitoring project risks, dependencies, and action plans
• Facilitating technical design reviews and stakeholder communications
• Ensuring compliance with engineering processes and project governance requirements
• Supporting verification, validation, and product release activities
• Tracking project performance and implementing corrective actions when needed
• Providing technical leadership on electrical engineering-focused programs

Profile

A Successful Senior Technical Project Manager will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
• Experience managing complex technical or engineering projects
• Knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems
• Experience with RF power systems
• Strong project scheduling and planning expertise
• Experience leading technical design and review processes
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills
• Semiconductor capital equipment experience preferred
