Team members are given the resources, support, and autonomy needed to succeed while working alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the construction industry.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities:Lead large-scale ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Manage all project operations including budgets, forecasting, procurement, subcontractor buyout, RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and client communication.Oversee site development and utility infrastructure, including grading, stormwater, sanitary sewer, underground utilities, foundations, footers, MEP systems, and structural concrete parking garages.Coordinate complex building systems including elevators, elevator shafts, nurse call stations, low-voltage systems, fire alarm systems, access control, life-safety systems, and commissioning activities.Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams while driving successful project turnover, owner satisfaction, and project closeout.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
