Requirements The Senior Project Manager Will Be Required To: Provide project oversight while promoting and maintaining a strong, proactive safety culture on site. Oversee the creation and evaluation of bid packages to secure competitive subcontractor proposals. Facilitate regular subcontractor meetings on the job site to help ensure project objectives are achieved. Review monthly billing and manage the documentation and approvals required to maintain timely project funding. Lead cost‑tracking efforts, including contracts, purchase orders, and scope adjustments, to support overall project goals. Monitor the financial performance of the project and maintain accurate forecasting. Act as the company's representative during subcontractor negotiations.
