Description

Senior Project Manager-Tampa-ConstructionPlan, execute, and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to achieve project goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all stages of the project. Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to address challenges. Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.A successful Senior Project Manager-Tampa-Construction should have:Strong experience in construction project management.Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams.Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.Experience with project documentation and reporting.A relevant educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 to $165,000 per year.
