Title: Senior Project Manager.

Compensation
Pay Range:$200000-$215000/Yrs

Description
Lead high-complexity projects requiring knowledge of business trends and construction techniques.
Focus on science projects including research laboratories and infrastructure projects.
Ensure leadership in project management, goal setting, and team productivity.
Oversee design teams and construction managers through all project phases.
Ensure quality management, project controls, and user engagement.
Drive projects to successful completion with a focus on safety and compliance.
Mentor and guide team members to foster development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans with risk aversion strategies.
Manage financial aspects of projects including funding and forecasts.
Build tracking and reporting platforms for project controls.
Monitor design and construction activities for compliance with standards.
Establish and maintain project budgets and cost estimates.
Identify and address potential liabilities and risks.
Communicate complex ideas and persuade stakeholders at executive levels.

Qualifications
Minimum of $100 million in construction completed.
Experience in major research projects and greenfield design preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thorough understanding of construction techniques.
Proficient in advanced techniques with relevant software.
Ability to supervise, train, and develop team members.
High proficiency with general applications, including project management software.
