Job Description:
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager / Workforce Management Implementation professional to lead a high-speed UKG Time & Attendance implementation across Mexico and Costa Rica.
- This is not a traditional Project Manager role. The ideal candidate must bring hands-on UKG implementation and configuration expertise, strong technical project management skills, and a deep understanding of workforce management practices in both Mexico and Costa Rica.
- Direct implementation experience in these countries is critical. Candidates with primarily U.S.-based implementation experience will not be sufficient for this role.
Top 5 Must-Haves:
- 10+ years of implementation experience, with highly experienced candidates up to 20+ years also considered.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills.
- Multiple UKG implementations, preferably within manufacturing or highly regulated industries. Financial services experience alone will not be considered.
- Strong Time & Attendance background, specifically involving UKG implementation, configuration, and data integrations.
- Direct Mexico and Costa Rica experience, ideally within highly regulated industries such as medical devices, with an understanding of local culture and regulatory requirements.
