Job Details

Lead end-to-end management of healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout in the West Palm Beach market.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and owner relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Serve as the primary owner's representative, upholding client interests and maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout all project phases.
Coordinate with project superintendents, engineers, estimators, and accountants to drive a cohesive team approach on every job.
Ensure compliance with healthcare facility construction standards, infection control requirements (ICRA/ILSM), and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on healthcare facilities.
Proven track record successfully delivering large-scale hospital, medical office, or acute-care construction projects.
Deep knowledge of healthcare construction regulations including Joint Commission standards, FGI guidelines, and ICRA protocols.
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills with the ability to represent the owner's interests at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; PMP or CCM certification a plus.
