This full-time position involves leading project management efforts, mentoring team members, and ensuring accountability across multiple projects. As the main point of contact for clients, you will oversee projects from preconstruction through delivery and into the warranty period. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining project continuity and achieving successful outcomes.
Requirements
- 7-to-10 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor
- Degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of building systems, specifically structural and exterior envelopes
- Proficient in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, cost management, and procurement
- Deep understanding of project delivery types, the design process, risk management, and warranty
- Proven leader of project teams and field operations, client advocacy, and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, hold teams accountable, and teach/mentor
- Proficiency in using Microsoft365 including Teams, OneNote, Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word
Preferences
- LEED®, Lean, ICRA, DBIA, or other industry-related credentials and certifications
- Experience in healthcare, life science, veterinary, and dental sectors
- Preferred knowledge of AutoDesk, BlueBeam Revu, and job cost accounting programs
