Key Responsibilities for the Senior Project Scheduler:

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Perform schedule forecasting and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• Manage schedule baselines, updates, and change control processes.
• Create and present schedule reporting for project and program leadership.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Qualifications for the Senior Project Scheduler:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of project scheduling, project controls, or program support experience.
• Experience managing complex schedules within multi-stakeholder environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
