About the Position
We're seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs across transportation and rail transit. This role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing contractor schedules, overseeing schedule management efforts, and supporting schedule development activities, including what-if scenario analysis and ongoing schedule maintenance. The position also supports weekly and monthly reporting on schedule performance, analysis, and project progress.
This is a long-term, full-time, hybrid position (3-4 days per week in office) located in Sacramento, CA, with a 50% travel expectation.

Compensation Details
Expected Salary: $166k-$200k/year ($80-$96/hour). Luster provides the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might offer for this position based on the successful candidate's level of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, geographic location, etc. Luster reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range depending on circumstances not related to any status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
