    Description

    Role Summary

    The Senior Project Scheduler leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of project schedules. This role is responsible for driving timelines, identifying potential delays early, ensuring contractual compliance, and collaborating with project teams to develop recovery scenarios.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Scheduling & WBS: Create, update, and maintain electrical construction schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
    • Analysis & Monitoring: Monitor critical paths, constraints, milestones, relationships, and schedule content; qualify contractor submissions.
    • EVM & Change Management: Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) practices, manage schedule changes, and maintain resource-loaded schedules.
    • Reporting: Prepare schedule comparison reports and updates for site and executive leadership.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Experience: 10+ years as a Construction Scheduler using Primavera P6.
    • Education: High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC). Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills; ability to handle shifting priorities under time pressure.
    • Travel: Minimum 10% (site visits and regional offices).
