Description


This position will play a critical role in the company by working closely with Project Teams to support the development of project schedules.

Morgan Corp. performs a range of project and scope types. The Senior Project Scheduler will be hands-on for larger, critical projects. They will also train project teams or junior schedulers who will maintain project schedules on smaller, less complex projects.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support and train estimating and project teams in the development and maintenance of project schedules that accurately reflect the project budget and implementation plan.
  • Provide hands-on support for scheduling and project controls efforts on larger key projects.
  • Develop standardized scheduling procedures for future projects.
  • Provide training, resources, and support, as necessary.
  • Ensure the quality, timeliness, and consistency of project controls produced by each Division.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • 8+ years of construction scheduling experience utilizing Primavera P6 to:
  • Experience with quantity tracking, earned value reporting, and similar project controls practices.
  • Knowledge of job cost accounting preferred
  • Willingness to train and work with project teams.
