Key Details- Compensation:$90,000$110,000 base salary
- Bonus:10-20% target bonus
- Schedule:Hybrid 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Responsibilities- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for assigned properties, including variance analysis, cash flow analysis, balance sheet review, and capital expenditure analysis
- Partner with Property Management to understand and track major projects and significant property activity
- Review lease abstracts prepared by legal and maintain the leasing database for your portfolio
- Review and interpret management agreements, joint venture agreements, and mortgage documents for assigned properties
- Review, analyze, and record general ledger adjustments and accruals
- Prepare year-end tenant reconciliations for operating expenses and taxes
- Manage the monthly capital call process for assigned properties
Must Have Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Accounting required
- 2+ years of accounting experience in public accounting, commercial real estate, and/or residential real estate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and resolve issues with minimal oversight
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to interact professionally with onsite teams, senior leadership, and third-party stakeholders
- Understanding of property management as it relates to financial accounting, recoveries, budgeting, and forecasting
Preferred Qualifications- Yardi experience strongly preferred
