If you want to be part of something that's scaling, where your work matters and your contributions are visible, keep reading.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Senior Property Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. As Anterra grows, so does the volume of properties, financial reporting, and client deliverables our team manages. This role provides critical bandwidth to support that growth and is an opportunity to work alongside experienced leadership in a hands‑on, high‑impact environment.You will report to the Director of Property Accounting and work closely with the CFO and the broader accounting team. This is a hybrid position based out of our corporate office in Dallas.What You'll DoExecute comprehensive Property Accounting workflows for a dedicated portfolio of Multifamily Housing assets.Perform monthly General Ledger Reconciliation, identifying and resolving variances to maintain data integrity.Utilize Yardi Voyager to process accounts daily, manage tenant ledgers, and handle owner distributions.Apply specialized principles of Real Estate Accounting to monthly close cycles and variance analysis.Assist with due diligence activities during property transitions and new client onboardingPrepare reports and analysis for internal leadership and external clientsSupport other general accounting responsibilities and special projects as assignedWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting (required)Minimum 3 years of multifamily property accounting experienceYardi Voyager experience (required)Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do nextDetail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple properties simultaneouslySomeone who brings energy, wants to grow with the company, and takes pride in getting the work rightWhy AnterraCompetitive salary: $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experienceLow-cost medical plan option with company-paid short-term and long-term disabilityOptional dental and vision plans401(k) with company matchGenerous PTO planLife insuranceHybrid work environment in a growing corporate office with a team that works hard and supports each otherAll offers are contingent on background check and pre-employment drug screening.#J-18808-Ljbffr
