Must have extensive commercial property administration experience*
Responsibilities:
Serve as front desk lead; greet visitors, manage calls, and maintain a polished, professional environment
Track staff availability and coordinate office coverage as needed
Keep reception and conference areas clean, organized, and fully functional
Handle tenant and contractor requests; create and dispatch work orders in a timely manner
Coordinate building access, security clearances, freight, and after-hours requests
Manage courier/FedEx services and support vendor communication
Order and maintain office, kitchen, and operational supplies
Track certificates of insurance and ensure compliance requirements are met
Support office operations: equipment maintenance, expense reports, and purchase orders
Coordinate meetings, events, tours, travel, and staff activities
Maintain files, contact lists, and tenant communications
Assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs and general building operations
Support managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial real estate/ property management industry required.
People-focused, understanding the needs, perspectives, and motivations of clients and team members.
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Employment Type: Direct hire
Compensation: $60,000-67,000 annually
Location: Dallas, TX 75202
