Senior Property Manager
Overview:
Seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a Class A office portfolio in downtown Denver. This is a highly visible role supporting an engaged ownership group and managing day-to-day operations, financial performance, and tenant experience across a multi-building portfolio.
Schedule:
- Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively addressing needs and aligning property strategy with ownership goals
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute business plans that maximize asset value across a multi-property portfolio
- Oversee day-to-day operations including budgeting, financial reporting, lease administration, and vendor management
- Lead, develop, and evaluate on-site teams; establish goals, support training, and drive performance
- Manage capital projects and service contracts, including vendor selection, negotiations, and performance oversight
- Ensure properties meet operational, financial, and safety standards through regular site visits and inspections
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial property management
- Experience managing multi-property portfolios and leading teams
- Strong understanding of property operations, budgeting, and vendor management
- Active Colorado real estate license required during employment (can be obtained after hire)
Technical Skills:
Compensation:
- $130,000 - $140,000 base salary + 15% bonus potential
