RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of Miami’s most impactful non-profit organizations that is seeking a Sr. Property Manager to support their VP of Properties & Facilities. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Our client specializes in humanitarian efforts and assisting the underserved population of Miami. They have been in operation for more than 50 years, and have helped more than hundreds of thousands in need.
As Sr Property Manager, you would be responsible for leading a Team of 7+, including Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Maintenance, and Facilities employees. You will oversee 10+ Properties with a variety of Doors at each location. This role requires knowledge of the following Federal/State programs (LIHTC/HUD/SEC 8/CoC). In this role, you will work in the office and travel to different properties throughout the week.
