Senior Property Manager (West Side - Austin)

As our Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of about 20 apartment buildings. You will be responsible for leasing, collections and basis maintenance.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Apartment property management experience overseeing dozens of buildings
• Experience managing on-site staff such as leasing agents, maintenance technicians, and janitorial staff
• Maintenance and leasing expertise
• Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar platforms
• A car, valid driver's license, and car insurance
