UT MD Anderson is a leading institution focused on cancer care, research, education, and prevention. The Senior Psychometrist role supports the delivery of high-quality neuropsychological and psychological assessment services that contribute to patient care, clinical decision-making, and research initiatives. Within Neuro-Oncology, the Senior Psychometrist administers and scores standardized psychological and neuropsychological assessments, documents patient behaviors and testing observations, assists with patient scheduling and record maintenance, and supports training and quality oversight activities. The Senior Psychometrist works closely with clinical neuropsychologists and interdisciplinary teams. The Senior Psychometrist also contributes to staff development, operational continuity, and adherence to established testing protocols and standards throughout UT MD Anderson.
The ideal candidate will possess education and experience that support the administration, scoring, interpretation support, and documentation of neuropsychological and psychological testing, along with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with patients, families, caregivers, students, and healthcare professionals. Experience training others, maintaining quality standards, and supporting clinical or research activities is highly desirable.
