Position Overview and Responsibilities:
The Senior Purchasing Analyst position reports directly to the Purchasing Director within Departmental Purchasing and is responsible for providing procurement support throughout DMS. This position must have working knowledge of Chapter 287 and 110, Florida Statute, and Rules 60A and 60GG, Florida Administrative Code.
Specific responsibilities of the Senior Purchasing Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:

Expertise in Florida's public record laws.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple high-priority projects.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and apply complex rules, regulations, statutes, and policies.
