This role manages the full lifecycle of multi-disciplinary proposals, from kickoff through submission, while ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery. The Senior Pursuit Coordinator shapes pursuit messaging, positioning, and win strategy, mentors staff, and collaborates with leadership to deliver high-quality, competitive submissions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, with experience in A/E/C proposal development, and can manage multiple pursuits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
