Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python & Java Developer with deep expertise in Kafka and AI/Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on Python development experience along with Java, building scalable, event-driven applications and AI-enabled solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Python (must-have)
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Expertise in Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, Producers, Consumers, and Event-Driven Architecture
• Experience developing REST APIs and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of AI/Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar frameworks
• Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, and AI Agent development is highly preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python and Java
• Build high-performance event-driven applications using Kafka
• Develop and integrate AI/LLM-powered solutions into enterprise platforms
• Design secure and scalable REST APIs
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with AI, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support
