Pay Range: $55 - $65/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)
Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and support enterprise Python applications and backend services.
- Develop REST APIs and integration logic for internal systems.
- Work with Oracle databases, complex SQL, and PL/SQL to support data processing and reporting.
- Build and maintain data validation, reconciliation, and automation workflows.
- Support performance tuning and optimization for Oracle queries and data pipelines.
- Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support healthcare data workflows, reporting, and operational processes.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of hands-on Python development
- Experience building enterprise or production applications using Python
- Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Strong experience with complex SQL queries
- Experience building or supporting backend services or APIs
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Pandas, NumPy
- SQLAlchemy, python-oracledb, or cx_Oracle
- Oracle performance tuning
- PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions
- SQL*Loader, BULK COLLECT, FORALL
- Power BI or Tableau
- Healthcare claims, payer, health plan, or healthcare data
- X12 / EDI (837, 835, 834)
