Job Description
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in enterprise business analysis, Quality Assurance (QA), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) roles.
- Proficiency in designing and deploying automated testing suites utilizing platforms like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Power Automate.
- Experience with managing test lifecycles, release readiness, and application defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet [1].
- Experience in performing data quality validations, data reconciliation, and testing leveraging Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with validating modern application architectures including .NET backends, Angular front-ends, and relational databases.
- Experience in applying Agile/Scrum methodologies, JAR/JAD requirements elicitation, and validating integrated eligibility systems [1].
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical engineering teams, system owners, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies to validate high-priority software features and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in JAD and JAR workshops to translate complex business requirements into clear testable scenarios.
- Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle by identifying, logging, prioritizing, and validating software fixes within tracking platforms.
- Analyze and refine existing automated regression suites to improve testing execution efficiency and data validation accuracy.
- Partner with third-party software vendors and system integration teams to minimize duplicate testing and align UAT activities.
- Track and communicate critical quality metrics, testing progression rates, and potential release risks to program leadership.
- Support post-implementation operational readiness, continuous software process improvements, and program administration activities.
