Requirements & Collaboration: Lead JAD/JAR sessions with business owners, SMEs, vendors, and technical teams to analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
UAT & Test Strategy Leadership: Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, scenarios, and execution workflows aligned with project and operational timelines.
Test Execution & Coverage: Create and execute manual and automated test scripts covering functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and data validation activities. Partner with vendors to optimize SIT and UAT alignment.
Test Automation Drive: Lead test automation initiatives by defining strategies, recommending frameworks, and converting manual regression suites into automated solutions to maximize efficiency.
Defect & Quality Management: Manage the full defect lifecycle (identification, logging, triage, retesting, and reporting) and communicate QA metrics, test coverage, and quality risks to leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and/or Business Analysis supporting enterprise systems.
Automation Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation strategy development, framework implementation, and transitioning manual testing to automated pipelines.
Core QA Skills: Proven track record in designing test strategies, test cases, and executing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Tools & Technologies:
Test Management: Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet.
Automation: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, Power Automate, UFT.
Analytics/Data: Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, relational databases, and data quality validation tools.
Experience with Georgia Gateway Integrated Eligibility System or CAPS systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and collaborative enterprise tools.
