This hybrid QA/Automation role involves managing the entire testing lifecycle—from developing test strategies to executing automated tests. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Developers, QA teams, and Software Engineers in Test to design, architect, and implement robust automation solutions that align with broader development objectives. A key focus will be ensuring test frameworks support global risk management initiatives through manual analysis and automation.Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a combined QA and Automation role. Proven expertise in manual testing, test planning, and defect management. Strong proficiency in Core Java, with practical experience developing automation scripts. Expertise with Cucumber, Maven, and Git. Hands-on experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including log analysis and process management. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, XLR, and Ansible. Cloud experience, particularly with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
