Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for Retail WFM implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Plan and execute SIT, UAT, regression, functional, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Understand key Retail WFM processes, including workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, time and attendance, and labor management.
• Analyze requirements and translate business processes into comprehensive test coverage.
• Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, retesting, and resolution tracking with development and technical teams.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, development teams, offshore teams, and project stakeholders to support timely QA delivery.
• Provide QA leadership, functional expertise, test documentation, knowledge transfer, and SME-level guidance across WFM initiatives.
