We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Project Manager to join our esteemed client's team in Washington, DC. This pivotal role will be integral to the Fleet Technology team, focusing on managing the testing activities for technology components slated for deployment on our cutting-edge trainsets. The incumbent will also play a crucial oversight role in supervising the development of technology integration solutions tailored for these trainsets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearheading QA planning and development initiatives to ensure the seamless execution of testing activities.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment for optimal performance.
• Crafting and reviewing test plans and test cases to uphold rigorous quality standards.
• Demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Amtrak sites during train testing phases to validate, refine, and enhance test cases and processes.

Required Tools Proficiency:

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, MS Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
