Senior QA Test Lead / QA Manager

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Tester
2. More than seven (7) years of work experience in quality assurance, managing testing across multiple high-profile projects with complex functional domains within a matrix organization, while reporting and presenting to stakeholders and senior management.
3. Two (2) to four (4) years of work experience with Eligibility, Enrollment, and Case Management (EECM) or related Health and Human Services systems.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. At least seven (7) years of experience developing comprehensive test products (test plans, test cases, and defect documentation) combined with three (3) to five (5) years of hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium or Katalon and scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript)..
2. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience managing the defect lifecycle, including creating test metrics, and reports using tools such as Jira, Jira-related plug-ins, or Client Application Lifecycle Management/Quality Center.
3. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience supervising quality assurance teams, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and managing deliverables.
