Role: Senior Quadient Inspire Developer – CCM & AI Solutions
Job Description:- Design| develop| and maintain Quadient Inspire solutions for customer communications across print| email| archive| and digital channels.
- Create and enhance composition templates| workflows| layouts| data mappings| and business rules using Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and compliant CCM solutions
- Ensure accuracy| performance| and consistency of customer communications for high volume batch and on demand processing
- Integrate Quadient solutions with upstream and downstream systems such as core applications| document repositories| and delivery platforms
- Perform impact analysis| debugging| and root cause analysis for production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Apply AI tools (e.g.| Claude) for activities such as requirement analysis| code assistance| documentation drafting| testing support| and process optimization
- Support version upgrades| migrations| and platform enhancements related to Quadient
- Adherent to organizational standards for security| compliance| quality| and documentation
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance| code reviews| and best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts| architects| QA teams| and operations for end-to-end delivery
Essential Skills:- We are seeking an experienced Senior Quadient Developer with over 10 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Quadient Inspire (CCM) solutions.
