Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support Salesforce testing and test automation initiatives for the Fiserv Modernization project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce quality assurance, JavaScript, API testing, and automated regression testing. This role will collaborate with a distributed team across the United States and Bangalore, India, to develop and maintain automated regression test suites and ensure application quality.
- Perform functional, integration, data, and security testing across Salesforce applications.
- Develop and execute complex test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on technical specifications and business requirements.
- Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Ruby and related automation frameworks.
- Build and expand automated regression test suites to support the Fiserv Modernization project.
- Perform API testing and data validation using tools such as Postman and Ruby Cucumber.
- Apply JavaScript and ViTest knowledge to support test automation and application validation.
- Identify, document, investigate, and track defects through resolution.
- Analyze test results, validate data accuracy, and communicate quality issues and recommendations.
- Translate technical specifications and testing outcomes into clear, understandable business language.
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to improve application quality and testing efficiency.
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance.
- 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience in moderate-to-large, multi-platform environments.
- 8+ years of Salesforce programming experience, as specified in the requisition.
- 2–4 years of hands-on test automation experience.
- Strong knowledge of ViTest, JavaScript, and API testing.
- Experience developing and executing automated test scripts using Ruby.
- Familiarity with Ruby Cucumber, Postman, and regression testing methodologies.
- Understanding of functional, integration, data, and security testing principles.
- Experience developing complex test plans and test cases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and defect-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Fiserv Optis.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Salesforce Administrator certification or experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent development knowledge.
- Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) certification.
