Job Title: Sr. Quality Control Specialist
Location: Lewisville, TX

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Sr. Quality Control Specialist to support global supplier quality and compliance initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for an experienced quality professional with a strong GMP audit background who thrives in driving supplier performance, leading audits, and influencing quality standards across manufacturing networks.

Responsibilities:
•    Lead and execute supplier and manufacturer audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
•    Manage supplier corrective action plans through full lifecycle to resolution
•    Maintain and analyze supplier quality data, identifying trends and risks
•    Partner cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across supplier systems
•    Support internal, external, and regulatory audits, including agency inspections
•    Serve as Quality representative on new product development teams
•    Ensure timely completion of audit documentation, reporting, and follow-ups
•    Act as a key resource for supplier quality and compliance-related issues
Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in a science or technical discipline
•    5+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing within GMP environments
•    3+ years of audit experience
•    ASQ certification (CQA, CQE, CFSQA, CPGP, or similar) required
•    Strong knowledge of GMPs, FDA regulations, and quality systems (ICH, 21 CFR)
•    Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems, and manage projects
•    Strong communication skills across cross-functional and global teams
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Compensation and Benefits:
•    Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
•    Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours
•    Location: On-site first 90 days, then hybrid (1–2 days/week remote potential)
•    Pay: $35–$40/hour BOE
•    Benefits: Comprehensive benefits available during contract period and upon full-time hire
