Lead High-Impact Quality Initiatives
Lead investigations into quality escapes, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve product, process, and operational quality issues. Partner with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to enhance product quality and achieve business objectives. Manage customer returns and quality-related documentation, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Develop, analyze, and present quality metrics while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical quality support to manufacturing and operations teams. Investigate product and assembly concerns to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Oversee Material Review Board (MRB) activities and related documentation processes.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Physical Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering environments.
- At least 3 years of experience supporting aerospace manufacturing or related regulated industries.
- Strong expertise in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) methodologies and problem-solving tools.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality data.
- Experience working with Quality Management Systems and ERP/MRP platforms.
- Knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, ISO standards, and aerospace quality requirements.
- Six Sigma Belt certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
