Junior Quality Engineer (03 Years) Manufacturing / Aerospace / Pharma
Overview
We are seeking a Junior Quality Engineer to support quality assurance and control activities within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role works closely with production and engineering teams to ensure products meet internal specifications, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support incoming, in-process, and final inspections; document and report results
Assist with nonconformance handling, including documentation and basic disposition support
Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action activities
Maintain quality documentation, including procedures, forms, and inspection plans
Support internal audits, reporting, and quality data tracking
Assist with supplier quality documentation and performance tracking
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
03 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of quality systems and inspection processes

Overview
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to lead quality activities that improve product performance, reduce defects, and ensure compliance across operations. This role collaborates cross-functionally and owns investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead nonconformance investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Develop and maintain inspection plans, control plans, and quality documentation
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive process improvements
Support supplier quality activities, including corrective action requests and performance monitoring
Participate in and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits
Support new product launches, validations, and process readiness activities
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
38 years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing
Strong root cause analysis, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Industry-Specific)
Manufacturing: Experience with FMEA, control plans, SPC, and continuous improvement initiatives
Aerospace: Experience with AS9100, APQP, MRB activities, and supplier audits
Pharma: Experience with cGMP environments, deviation investigations, CAPA systems, and audit readiness

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to provide technical leadership across quality systems, process improvement, and compliance initiatives. This role drives quality strategy, leads complex investigations, and mentors engineering teams in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex quality investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
Define and implement quality strategies, inspection methods, and process controls
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction and process efficiency
Lead supplier quality improvement efforts, including audits, performance reviews, and corrective actions
Support and lead internal, customer, and regulatory audits
Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve product and process capability
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to development of best practices
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (Masters preferred)
8+ years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or regulated industries
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Preferred (Industry-Specific)
Manufacturing: Advanced experience with FMEA, control plans, validation processes, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Aerospace: Deep experience with AS9100, supplier quality, MRB leadership, and first article inspection processes
Pharma: Strong experience in cGMP environments, quality systems oversight, CAPA management, and regulatory compliance

Advanced data analysis tools and reporting systems
ERP systems and enterprise quality management systems
In accordance with New York salary transparency requirements, the anticipated annual base salary range for positions is: $175k-$225k annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated project leadership background.
