Position Summary
The Sr. Quality Engineer will serve as a key site quality leader responsible for driving active investigation, containment, root cause analysis, and corrective action of production defects and field failures within a fast-paced electromechanical manufacturing environment.
This individual will work directly with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and New Product Development to rapidly identify quality issues, drive cross-functional investigations, implement robust corrective actions, and prevent recurrence. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, data-driven, operationally focused, and comfortable taking ownership of urgent manufacturing and customer-impacting quality events.
The role requires a strong factory-floor presence, excellent technical problem-solving capability, and the ability to lead investigations from initial defect detection through verified corrective action effectiveness.
